Every year, thousands of men step out of Maryland’s correctional facilities with a fresh start in sight, but few tools to build a lasting future. Without structure, community, and support, the path forward is steep—and the risk of returning to prison remains dangerously high.

The Philemon Ministry exists to interrupt that pattern right here in Baltimore. Built on the belief that real restoration happens from the inside out, the ministry helps men safely and successfully transition from incarceration back into society. The approach goes beyond basic reentry services, focusing on four core pillars:

Spiritual Formation: Cultivating dynamic faith and deep personal character.
Christian Community: Surrounding men with positive, encouraging relationships that replace old influences.
Accountability: Providing clear boundaries, mentorship, and support to build long-term reliability.
Meaningful Acts of Service: Empowering men to give back, heal their communities, and realize their purpose.

Real transformation cannot happen in isolation—and it cannot happen without financial partnership. As a non-profit organization, The Philemon Ministry relies entirely on the generosity of individuals, churches, and corporate partners to sustain its work.

Your financial gift directly funds housing support, mentorship programs, Bible studies, and practical reentry resources for men who are ready to rebuild their lives.
