Contribution rules

I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
I am at least eighteen years old.
This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

Contributions to Pimentel for Board of Equalization 2026 are not tax-deductible. Each individual over the age of 18, corporations, other business entities, and PACs may contribute a maximum of $19,600 ($9,800 for the 2026 June Primary Election and $9,800 for the 2026 November General Election). Contributions in the name of another or by foreign nationals not admitted to permanent resident status are prohibited.
