Ascension Episcopal Church Community Garage Sale, April 22, 2023
Saturday from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM CDT

$25 to reserve a space in Ascension's Parking Lot (approx. 18' x 8'). **** You may reserve up to four adjacent spaces. (If you need more than four spaces, contact us.) **** Ascension's Parking Lot will be open for Vendor set up on April 22nd from 6am to 8am; and for customers from 8am to 2 pm. **** All Vendors will be responsible for cleaning their space and exit the lot by 3 pm. **** You keep all the proceeds you make. **** Ascension will donate unwanted/unsold items to West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM). Just place them in the collection area. **** BBQ, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and beverages will be sold at the event as well as tasty treats from the Ascension Episcopal Church Bake Sale.
Story
Our goal at Ascension Episcopal Church is to be a welcoming place that serves its local community in meaningful ways. We are here to support and care for those in our local area. We are pleased to announce Ascension Episcopal Church Community Garage Sale. We hope those who live in the surrounding neighborhood feel welcome and reserve spaces to sell items they would normally sell in a garage sale. We provide the space, and you sell your goods and keep the proceeds. We will gladly donate any items to WHAM - West Houston Assistance Ministries - if they are not sold.
In the spaces you reserve, you must provide your own tables, chairs and shades, tents, etc. Each space for rent is a parking lot spot; you can rent more than one if you need to. We will also have food, beverages, and plenty of cakes and pies for sale.
We hope to continue this event in the future, and we look forward to it being fun, full of life, and something the community looks forward to every year.
