At NCTC College Day, high school students across the state can audition for many of the Theatre Programs at NC Colleges and Universities.  From my first year teaching at Greensboro College more then 25 years ago, I knew how important NCTC was to the theatre community locally and statewide.  I am so happy that GC can continue to support NCTC by hosting College Day (and the State Play Festival).  It is truly a labor of love to bring so many high school students to our campus to show off their talents and pursue their dreams.  

I don't usually ask for things, especially money, but I am asking you to give to NCTC because it is an organization that is committed to supporting All theatre for All people. There is nothing in the world like live theatre - watching it, producing it, and doing it.  It can fire you up; it can soothe your soul.  I believe it is something we All need.
