I am a product of the High School Play Festival. My involvement began as a technician, then as an actor, then as a student host, and now as a director and host site coordinator. What keeps me coming back is the shared experience that this evet creates.

The High School Play Festival has helped me build two theatre programs by showing students that they have a community and support. It shaped me as an actor and technician by giving me the reassurance that I can do this thing that I love. I am not alone. Countless others have had similar experiences. Each year, thousands more share that sense of belonging and purpose.
