Class of 2025 Senior All-Nighter Information

Dear Students/Guardians of the Class of 2025,

We are excited to announce the upcoming Senior All-Nighter (SAN) event for our graduating seniors! This special event will be held on June 7, 2025, at the North YMCA. Below are important details you need to know:

Ticket Information

Early Bird Price: $25 per ticket until April 15, 2025.
Regular Price: $35 per ticket after April 15, 2025 - June 5, 2025
Late Registration/Door Price: $45

Important:

Please ensure your student brings a printed copy of their ticket purchase or a confirmation email for check-in at the door.
If the parent purchases the ticket, make sure to include the student's email address or forward the confirmation email to them.

Event Details

Check-in: 9:30 PM on June 7, 2025
Event Time: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM on June 8, 2025
Doors Close at 10:30 PM – No one will be admitted after this time.

Important:

This event is exclusively for NC Seniors. No students from other schools will be permitted entry.
No transportation will be provided; students must drive themselves or be dropped off and picked up.
For safety reasons, we ask that all students remain for the entire event. If a student leaves early, they must sign out and will not be allowed to re-enter.
If a student is under 18, they cannot leave the event without a parent present to sign them out.

What to Expect

DJ, Food/Drinks, Games, Trivia, Casino, Prizes, Swimming, Photo Booth, and much more!
Swimsuit: Don’t forget your swimsuit for swimming! (Towel and take-home bag will be provided).

Code of Conduct/Waiver

The Code of Conduct/Waiver form must be completed before the event.
Forms will be available on the NC website under the senior tab, via email, and on our social media pages.
If the student is under 18, a parent signature is required. If the student is 18 or older, the student’s signature is required.
Please bring the signed form to the event, or email it to ncsan2025@gmail.com with the student's name in the subject line.
We will have forms available at check-in, but please try to have them signed before the event to avoid delays.

Additional Notes

No backpacks or large bags are allowed.
When completing your ticket purchase, please check the “tip” section carefully before finalizing the transaction.
Please also include your student’s phone number in the main phone line or in the message section when purchasing tickets.
