When life feels busy, loud, or overwhelming, the breath is one of the simplest ways to return to stillness.

This 90 minute workshop offers a gentle introduction to pranayama—the practice of conscious, mindful breathing—as a way to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen your connection to self.

• Learn how breath impacts the nervous system and supports healing

• A peaceful space to reconnect and reset

• Explore multiple calming & balancing pranayama techniques

• Practice simple tools for daily self-regulation

• Reconnect with self in a safe, supportive space

• Time for reflection

No experience needed—just bring yourself and your breath.

This workshop is accessible to all and designed to help you feel more centered, relaxed, and present.
