The lineup for those walking in the parade begins at 11:00 AM. The parade will begin at 12:00 PM. Any vehicles in the parade must arrive BEFORE 10:00 AM due to road closures. Upon arrival, you must find a volunteer for your CAR PASS. The CAR PASS MUST be displayed on the dash of your vehicle to participate in the parade. The CAR PASS will identify vehicles permitted to remain on the roadway without being towed after roadblocks are stationed. Please note: Once you've obtained and displayed your CAR PASS on the dashboard of your vehicle, you do not have to wait with your car. You can park it in your lineup location and go to a nearby coffee shop or eatery. Then, return for the lineup beginning at 11:00 AM. Parking Information: (For Vehicles Not Being Used in the Parade) Parking is free at the meters in Wilkes-Barre on Sundays. There is a parking garage on the corner of S. Washington St. & E. Market St. as well as S. Main St across from Midtown Village. Parking is at your own risk. (Please Note: S. Main St. will close at 10:00AM. If you wish to park in the garage on S. Main St., be sure to arrive before this time.) Do not park along S. Main St. (Parade Route) and use caution if parking around the Square.
