As a member of Prisma Community Care’s Board, I’m proud of how our team has navigated recent challenges. Even in uncertain times, we remain steadfastly committed to delivering necessary affirming care for Arizona’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community and everyone living with or impacted by HIV. Over 1,900 Arizonans visit Prisma each month for primary care, mental health support, HIV/STI testing, and more. Thanks to our strong leadership team and dedicated staff, we continue to expand access, even as federal funding landscapes shift. Our focus is on resilience and innovation: providing life-changing services, forging new partnerships, and uplifting our community with compassion and expertise. That’s why the Prisma Board has launched a $10,000 Pride In Your Health: Board the Rainbow challenge to bolster our Client Care Fund by June 30. Every dollar we raise together ensures that: • Uninsured or underinsured patients have low-cost wellness services available • Evening clinic hours are provided so that more patients can see us after work or school • We sustain and strengthen our HIV prevention and support programs – amplifying our impact toward ending HIV and leading the way even in dark times I’m teaming up with my fellow board members to show that community-minded leaders stand together.
