Every day, refugees around the Triangle area face immense challenges as they strive to rebuild their lives in unfamiliar environments. From language barriers to cultural differences, the obstacles can seem insurmountable. However, we firmly believe that with the right support, refugees can not only overcome these challenges but also thrive in their new communities.

Through our refugee employment program, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to equip refugees with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce. From job readiness training and resume assistance to interview preparation and networking opportunities, we provide tailored support every step of the way.

But our impact goes beyond simply helping refugees find jobs. By facilitating their integration into the workforce, we are fostering greater economic independence, promoting social inclusion, and building stronger, more resilient communities.
