Troopsgiving!

The Middle School Ambassadors, partnered with the Family and Community Engagement Committee have a special event in the works - Troopsgiving!

This is a goods drive to collect physical items to send to a group of troops deployed in Syria. The Ambassadors selected this opportunity to support our troops as our very own Children's House teacher, Ms. Kelly, has a son serving our country abroad. The Ambassadors thought it would be nice to send them care packages to show our gratitude for their service. The goal is to send over 20 boxes filled with items, such as snacks, socks, games, and letters. If donating items is not possible but you'd like to still help out, the Ambassadors will be accepting monetary donations to cover shipping as well! Thanks for your support in helping send a little holiday thanks!

Our goal is to send 20 boxes at $30 each, for a total of $600. If we earn more, we can either ship more boxes or buy items to put inside the boxes.

About the Middle School Ambassadors:

The Cowles Middle School Ambassadors is a group of selected students that are upstanding leaders that represent both the middle school and serve as representatives for Cowles Montessori. These students meet to collaborate on ways to get involved with our school and community through various ways such as event planning, volunteering, fundraising, and more!
