Help us expand our Rapid Responders - a leadership development program for workers! In moments of mixed messaging, viral social media videos, and online articles galore, It is important that our team and our worker leaders/organizers have the tools and resources needed to create and hold narrative primacy in their fights for better workplaces! We are hoping to raise 10-15k to be able to offer additional expanded training to workers across our 4 priority industries.
Research is Key! Donate to expand our ability and capacity for research and data gathering to support our policy advocacy and community organizing efforts! We hope to solidify additional funds to uplift our data and analytics team members!
Community Building & Crisis Escalation Support! We are hoping to raise additional funds to bring support for our team in the form of training for crisis escalation training and to be able to execute more community-building events and opportunities for members of our community! This includes being able to expand our financial capacity to provide worker outreach stipends to our member leaders!
