The Asian Pacific Islander Capitol Association (APICA) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to providing networking and professional development resources to its members in the Capitol Community in Sacramento, California. We are committed to engaging and uplifting our AANHPI and SWANA identifying community.

APICA membership is open to all, regardless of party affiliation, ideology, race, or heritage. APICA membership allows you to access all of our incredible events for free!
