Rides for Elementary School Children

THE PROBLEM: Belle Grove Elementary School in Brooklyn Park, MD is a WALKING ONLY school. NO BUSES.

• What if no one can walk a young child a mile to school?

• What if a family doesn’t have a car?

• 10 families at BGES experience this problem at some point in the year and can't afford a ride

• Teachers and staff pool money to cover Uber rides for these families

THE SOLUTION: GNG wants to raise $300 to support student and school success by contributing funds for Uber rides this year.
