Overnight Retreat Ticket – Lodging Details

The Overnight Retreat Ticket includes shared lodging at the Blue Heron Nest Lakefront for the full duration of the retreat (Friday–Monday), along with all scheduled programming and meals.

Sleeping arrangements are intentionally communal and assigned to support comfort, fairness, and group flow.

Sleeping Options:

• Bedroom One — King bed
Sleeps two (ideal for a couple or two individuals sharing)

• Bedroom Two — King bed
Sleeps two (available for a couple or an individual requesting a private bed, if available)

• Living Room Two — Shared sleeping space
Includes one sofa bed + two bunk beds
Sleeps five

• Living Room One — Sofa bed
Sleeps one

All sleeping spaces are shared unless otherwise noted. Room assignments will be coordinated in advance to honor group needs and the integrity of the container.

Overnight capacity is limited to 14 total people, including practitioners. Children count toward this total and must follow the retreat’s child participation policy.

This ticket is for those who are ready to fully immerse in the retreat experience, participate in the full itinerary, and be part of the collective flow from arrival through closing circle.

Full Retreat Experience — A Pause With Purpose

The Full Retreat Experience is a four-day, three-night immersion designed to support grounding, emotional awareness, relational clarity, and true integration.

This retreat unfolds with intention and pacing. Each day builds on the next — from arrival and safety, into emotional intelligence and creative flow, through structure and communication, and finally into integration and closure.

Participation in the full itinerary is required to preserve the integrity, safety, and collective rhythm of the retreat.

• 6:30–8:00 PM — Plant-based communal dinner + cleanup

DAY TWO — SATURDAY | FEMININE ENERGY & EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Theme: Receiving, feeling, creative flow

Saturday invites softness, emotional awareness, and expression.

• 9:45–11:30 AM — Plant-Based Cooking Class + Brunch
• 11:30–12:15 PM — Cleanup, digestion, and rest
• 12:15–1:45 PM — Emotional Intelligence Workshop
• 1:45–4:30 PM — Free Time (kayaks, sauna, naps, journaling)
• 4:30–6:00 PM — Creative Expression Session

Monday is about sealing the work and preparing for re-entry.

• 9:30–10:00 AM — Breakfast, packing, and light cleanup
