At Crossroads Center for Children, every child’s progress is a journey — a journey of courage, discovery, and heart.

Take Gillion, for example. When he joined us last year at 3 years old, he struggled to communicate even simple needs. With the guidance of his teachers, the support of our therapy team, and the joy of being a member of a group,  Gillion learned to use his first words with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), express his feelings safely, and engage with friends during circle time. Moments like these are milestones that light up our classrooms, our therapy spaces, our play areas — and our hearts.

This year, Gillion is in a new classroom and flourishing.

Crossroads Mission & Approach
To prepare individuals with and without developmental disabilities for life success within their family and community. We utilize interventions from the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) which is a branch of psychology and education with a foundation based on scientific analysis of human behavior and learning.
