In our continued effort to support individuals on their path to gain autonomy and independence, discover and share their unique vocational gifts with the world, we are launching our Sponsor a Future Campaign. This initiative is designed to sponsor individuals into our programs by providing the financial support to individuals who may have barriers to participation (i.e. they do not qualify for traditional funding, funding has denied this opportunity, are facing other significant financial barriers, etc.) and are hoping to participate in our programs and working to build the skills needed for future internships and/or employment.

Who You’re Helping

1. Individuals without access to traditional funding: Many neurodiverse individuals fall through the cracks of standard financial support programs, leaving them without access to vital training and skills-building opportunities.

2. Those facing financial barriers: Despite the passion and commitment to personal and professional growth, some participants are held back due to financial struggles, limiting their ability to access critical resources.

3. Mentor Leadership Participants: These individuals are enrolled in our Mentor a Leader Program in which they are actively working to transfer their developing pre-vocational and leadership skills to others as they prepare for internships and eventual employment.

Why We Need Your Support

Your donation to this campaign will directly sponsor individuals who do not have the means to do this on their own by giving them the opportunity to receive the training, mentorship, and materials needed to thrive. Funds raised will cover:

- Participation fees for programs, courses and mentoring.

- Additional materials and tools necessary for their hands-on learning and practical skill-building specific to their path (outside the general supplies needed).

- Stipends or scholarships for individuals working through the leadership program with the goal to enter internships and employment.
