By 2030, experts estimate a global shortage of up to 13 million nurses if nothing changes. How We Change the Story

Our founder reached a breaking point after years at the bedside, feeling unseen, overworked, and financially stuck while watching nurses burn out and students drop out. The crisis wasn’t just in the staffing numbers; it was in the souls, families, and futures of the people holding healthcare together.

Out of that pain came a vision:

What if nurses had a pathway that didn’t require sacrificing their well-being, their families, or their futures—and what if that pathway were truly accessible to those with the least financial margin and the greatest determination to serve?

Two sister organizations now work together to make that vision real:

• StrongerNurse (for‑profit) builds the pathway through Stronger Nurse University—providing education, mentorship, financial empowerment, and holistic wellness.

• Stronger Nurse, Stronger World Inc. (nonprofit) removes the barriers—using donations to fund scholarships and essential supports for under-resourced aspiring nurses.

Our first campaign goal of $20,000 is just the beginning of an ongoing commitment. These funds, and the recurring gifts that follow, directly support people like:

Maria – The Single Mom on the Edge

Maria is a CNA and a single mother of two. Patients and nurses tell her all the time, “You’d be an incredible nurse.” She believes them.

But tuition, books, exam fees, gas to clinicals, and the cost of childcare during evening classes add up to more than she earns. Missing a shift to attend clinical could mean missing rent.

Maria doesn’t lack the calling—she lacks margin.

Now, in her 30s, she is ready. Stronger Nurse University offers the flexible education, mentorship, and wellness support she needs to do this in a sustainable way. But returning to school means cutting income and taking on new costs.
