Cocoa360 is a nonprofit organization improving health and education outcomes in cocoa-growing communities through its innovative Farm-for-Impact model. Since 2017, we've been proving that communities can lead their own healthcare — and win.

The Tarkwa Breman Community Clinic (TBCC) has served 17,000 patients, treated 8,176 malaria cases, addressed 1,490 hypertension cases, treated 1,624 respiratory tract infections, and delivered 165 babies — and counting. TBCC brings care to the cocoa farmers of Tarkwa Breman and its 7 surrounding villages, bridging critical healthcare gaps, particularly in infant and maternity care. Now we're building on that decade of results: transforming TBCC into a Center of Excellence for participatory health science — where the community doesn't just receive care, it generates the knowledge that will protect farming families everywhere.

In rural Ghana, healthcare is often delayed by a lack of diagnostic tools. Without local testing, chronic and exposure-related conditions — diabetes, kidney disease, heart ailments — go undetected until it's too late, leaving families vulnerable to preventable complications.

And what can't be detected can't be studied, understood, or prevented. The diagnostic gap is the one thing standing between a proven clinic and a true Center of Excellence.

The Solution: A Chemistry Analyzer

Yoeku's campaign aims to equip TBCC with a Chemistry Analyzer — the diagnostic backbone that unlocks the next chapter. This critical tool will provide instant, accurate blood chemistry results, enabling our clinicians to:

Screen for diabetes with rapid glucose testing
Monitor vital kidney and liver functions
Assess cardiovascular health and cholesterol levels
Support timely medical interventions for chronic conditions
