Pathways to Hope sponsorship form

The Pathways to Hope conference is a signature initiative of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) designed to build bridges between mental health advocacy and diverse communities. Through your sponsorship, you are helping NAMI DE offset the expense of this inaugural event, as well as ensure the outreach, support, and resources to all those in Delaware living with or loving someone with mental illness.
