Join us in a peer-supported space dedicated to Black and Brown women, where we come together to reflect, connect, and nurture well-being. Through shared wisdom, healing approaches, and gentle reflection, we hold space for personal and collective growth.

Theme: Nourishing Her -Caring for the Emotional Body

This month’s circle invites us to pause and reflect on what it means to care for our emotional bodies when we’re constantly tending to others as mothers, caregivers, space holders, or community nurturers.

So often, we move through the day on autopilot, meeting needs that aren’t our own. We put off rest, quiet, feeling, nourishment sometimes out of love, sometimes out of survival.

Reflection:

What are the emotional tolls of caregiving that no one sees?
What would we do differently if we believed our emotional needs mattered just as much?
What habits have crept in to help us cope and what might we gently replace them with?
