We’re Flexing for Immigrants 💪🏽 On August 29th, we’re joining @peoplesyoga + @poderistas for We Flex for Immigrants—a weekend of wellness, solidarity, and action.

We’ll be donating 100% of proceeds from our 10:30AM class taught by Dahhee, Brandy and Ruthie to KIND - Kids In Need of Defense. Book your spot, move with us, and stand in solidarity with our immigrant communities. If you cannot make the class please make your donation by 9/1 so we can send our donation on behalf of The Local Wellness Foundation community.
