Daniel Dennie II is a wonderful and loving young man of 21 years. He noticed a lump on his right thigh in the fall of '23. Jan 17th 2024 he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma(cancer). He has completed 6 rounds of chemo and has experienced extreme decrease in tumor mass size. He is currently going through the motions to begin radiation and discussing surgery options.

Danny is the son of a good friend of mine, Erin Dennie. I met Erin multiple years ago at a charity motorcycle ride. Instantaneously I knew she was my windsister! It seems fitting that as I embark on my biggest to date motorcycle challenge, the LDX rally, that I keep the Dennie's in my thoughts. I will be riding pretty much nonstop for the next 9 days. I have no idea where however there is great potential that It will include Mexico and/or Canada. I will be attempting to do multiple ss1k (1,000 miles in 24 hour) rides back to back.

I will be on a social media blackout and not able to post anything for the duration of the rally. Hopefully I haven't bitten off more than I can chew with this one! Along with interesting tidbits about what endurance rallies are, and more info about this years LDX rally, there will be a section highlighted me in the daily rally report as a rookie rider. Click on the link below to follow the rally and get an inside glimpse of how I'm doing, what I'm doing, and anything else worth noting about my ride. This is a social experiment of sorts to see how many people I can get to share this page, tell their friends, follow me in this adventure and hopefully raise some support to help the Dennie's with medical bills.
