As many of you know, transportation is a significant aspect of our rescue operations. Whether it's rushing an injured cat to the veterinarian, transporting felines to the airport for adoption flights, or delivering supplies to our shelter, reliable transportation is essential. Currently, we rely on external services for these needs, which not only incurs substantial costs but also limits our ability to respond swiftly to emergencies.

To enhance our efficiency and extend our reach, we aim to acquire a dedicated vehicle for our rescue operations. This vehicle will serve multiple purposes: emergency medical transports, routine veterinary visits, adoption events, supply runs, and more. By having our own means of transportation, we can ensure timely care for the cats and streamline our operations, ultimately saving more lives.

The estimated cost for a suitable vehicle is $10,000. This includes the purchase price, necessary modifications for animal transport, insurance, and initial maintenance. While this is a significant investment, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial expense. Owning a vehicle will reduce our reliance on costly third-party transport services and allow us to allocate more resources directly to the cats' care.
