This Christmas, while many are wrapping toys and gadgets, there are families in our community waiting to wrap their arms around a child. But for too many, the financial barrier stands in the way. With adoption costs often exceeding $40,000, the gap between "wanting to adopt" and "bringing a child home" is simply too wide. 

That is where you come in.

We are on a mission to raise $3,500 by December 31st. Every dollar you give goes directly toward adoption grants that bridge the gap for qualified families.

Where Your Money Goes: Directly to Families

Unlike many organizations where funds get lost in administration, Ready for Kids sends checks directly to families to help bridge specific financial gaps. We focus on two core programs, and your donation today fills the funding bucket for them:

☁️ The Dream Grant ($250) Adoption is a marathon, not a sprint. This grant provides a critical boost to families in the middle of the process—helping pay for home studies, background checks, and agency fees. It keeps the dream alive when the expenses start adding up.

• $25 buys a "share" of a Dream Grant.

• $250 fully funds one family's grant.

🛑 The Last Stop Grant ($500) The final bridge to bringing a child home. This grant is designed for families who are near the finish line but need one last push to cover travel costs, final legalization fees, or placement expenses.

• $50 helps us pool funds for a family in the final stretch.

• $500 is an amazing boost for a waiting family.
