The DREAM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful experiences, expanding opportunities, and providing critical resources for HBCU students aspiring to build careers in the sports business industry. We offer a comprehensive year-round programming suite designed to immerse students in the insights, skills, and inner workings of the sports business world. Through hands-on experiences, professional development, strategic partnerships, and real-world exposure, we equip students with the tools, confidence, and networks needed to succeed and lead in the industry.
