In fact, they have elevated honey tasting to a high art equal with wine and olive oil. Join author and Italian trained honey sommelier and recipient of The Wise Woman Award from NOIAW, C. Marina Marchese-DeBenedetto, at her rustic barn in Weston, CT for a tour of her apiary gardens followed by a guided tasting of 5 of Italy's national treasured honeys paired with regional cheeses and wine.
