Christmas Clay with Chris

Join ceramic artist Chris Thomas for a creator's choice clay class! This class will meet Thursday, October 17 from 6 - 8pm in the Regional Arts Center basement (321 W. 4th Street, Texarkana, TX 75501). This class is offered as creator's choice of a Nativity set or Three Wise Ones (shown in cover image). Objects made during this class will be taken home by the artist and bisque fired, oxide washed, and completed with a second firing. All pieces will be finished with an oxide wash, and glaze will not be offered at this class. Materials and tools are provided by the artist. Tuition is nonrefundable, but registration may be transferred to another student. This class is open to individuals 18+. Students will be expected to return to the Regional Arts Center basement to pickup their work Tuesday, November 12 - Saturday, November 16. Christmas Clay Pickup

Good evening, everyone!

Your pieces are now finished and ready for pickup in the Regional Arts Center. They are sorted by session and artist and located in the exiting hallway in the basement. We ask that you bring a small box or bag with you to pick these items up, as well as take care when picking up your items as some works have loose pieces (scarves, hats, etc.). There is also a sign-out sheet that we'd like you to complete.

Please contact marcusz@trahc.org to coordinate if you'd like help picking your items up. The Arts Center is open Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.

Makeup Class

Good morning, everyone! The instructor for this class has decided to host a makeup class for participants that were not able to attend the October 17 class.

This makeup class will take place tomorrow Wed., November 6 from 6-8pm in the Regional Arts Center basement.

Good evening, everyone! We're excited that you've registered for Christmas Clay with Chris Thomas. Class begins shortly, and we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early. Please park beside or behind the arts center and ring the bell, as the front doors are closed and locked after 4pm.
