A little bit about me:
My cycling journey began in 2018 when I moved east and found no waves, so I traded in the sport of surfing for cycling. The need for speed drew me to competitive racing across multiple disciplines in Road, Mountain, Gravel, and Cyclocross, fueling a passion for pushing my limits and honing my racecraft. Representing the USA Deaf Cycling Team at the 2021 Summer Deaflympics in Brazil was a true honor, and the near miss of a medal has only intensified my determination as I train hard today for another opportunity at the 2025 Summer Deaflympics in Tokyo.
A few Notable Achievements include:
- 4th Place @ the 2022 Deaflympics 1,000m Sprint at Caxias Do Sul, Brazil
- 10th Place @ the 2022 Deaflympics Time Trial at Caxias Do Sul, Brazil
- 1st place @ the 2022 Dirty Kitten Gravel Race (Full Purrito)
- 1st place @ the 2023 Dirty Kitten Gravel Race (Supreme Purrito)
- 3rd place @ the 2023 MABRA Masters Road Race Championships at Poolesville
- 3rd place @ the 2024 MABRA Masters Mountain Bike Championships at DCXC
