✈️ Save Hawaiʻi’s Cats – Give Them Wings to a Forever Home 🐾
Every week, dedicated volunteers step forward to fly cats from the Hawaiian Islands to the mainland, where families are waiting to adopt them. Through the FlyHawaiiCats network, a coalition of many local rescue nonprofits, we’re making it possible for cats to leave overcrowded shelters and unsafe conditions behind.
But there’s one big hurdle: Hawaiian Airlines requires a veterinary health certificate for every cat who flies. This exam ensures each kitty is vaccinated, healthy, and ready for safe travel—but at $175–$200 per cat, the cost quickly adds up and prevents many from making the journey.
Why this matters:
• 🏝️ Hawaiʻi faces an overwhelming number of homeless cats.
• ✈️ The mainland has more adoptive homes ready and waiting.
• ❤️ A simple health certificate is often the only barrier standing between a cat and their new life.
By contributing, you’re not just covering paperwork—you’re giving a cat their ticket to safety, love, and a forever family.
👉 Donate today and be part of the team that turns rescue into wings. Together, we can fly Hawaiʻi’s cats home.
