Starting June 1st and going until June 26th, 26 volunteers in both Southington and Cheshire will be running/swimming/biking/walking for 2.6 miles per day or doing some sort of physical exercise for 26 minutes in memory of the 26 lives lost in the Sandy Hook tragedy. Funds raised honor Chase Michael Anthony Kowalski - and provide a FREE triathlon camp for kids ages 6-12 in each of our communities.

The Race4Chase program was created by the Kowalski Family in memory of their son Chase, one of the 26 people who tragically lost their life at Sandy Hook. The FREE 6 Week Triathlon Camp provides a safe, healthy, non-competitive environment to discover the sport! It brings together kids of all different backgrounds and educates them about how to adopt a healthy lifestyle, coaches them to develop a foundation of athletic skills, and inspires them to aim high in sports and in life!
