🌟 Join Us in Honoring Chase and Supporting Our Community! 🌟
Starting June 1st and continuing until June 26th, I will be one of 26 dedicated volunteers from the Southington and Cheshire Community YMCAs running, swimming, biking, or walking 2.6 miles per day, or engaging in 26 minutes of physical exercise, in memory of the 26 lives lost in the Sandy Hook tragedy. This includes my very own 26.2 miles at Grandma's Marathon on June 21 in Duluth, MN!
Funds raised through this effort will help us honor Chase Michael Anthony Kowalski by providing a FREE triathlon camp for kids aged 6-12 in our communities. The Race4Chase program, created by the Kowalski Family in memory of their son Chase, offers a safe, healthy, non-competitive environment for children to discover the sport.
This FREE 6-Week Triathlon Camp brings together kids from diverse backgrounds, educating them on adopting a healthy lifestyle, coaching them to develop athletic skills, and inspiring them to aim high in sports and life.
As the father of three young kids, I can't imagine the grief of families devastated by this senseless tragedy. Let's help to create joyful, happy memories for our kids! 💖
Please help us honor Chase's memory and create opportunities for youth in our community. Together, we can make a difference! 💪
