As a reminder, this event is this Saturday, April 20th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Conference Location:

Sign in: 9:30 am (coffee and nothing bundt cakes)

Welcoming Remarks: 10:00 am

What is in the Stars for You? Workshop with Andrea Urueta: 10:30 am

Break: 11:30 am

Panel Discussion Workshop with Lunch: 11:45 am

A SHPEtinas Blueprint Workshop: 01:00 pm

Closing Remarks and Raffles: 02:00 pm

Items being raffled: 2 registrations to the 2024 SHPE National Convention, H-E-B gift cards worth $500, and VR Goggles!

Industry Representatives and Students Networking: 02:15 pm

Parking information: visitor parking is located at Founder’s Court Visitor Lot and Lovett Lot (map provides locations of parking)
