River Arts Alliance is the largest organization of artists in the Winona area. We are a grassroots group that supports and celebrates local artists working across all mediums. We promote and advocate for all creatives -- from emerging artists to professional levels -- providing a wide scale of opportunities to showcase their work and to connect with fellow artists.

River Arts Alliance supports and celebrates regional arts and culture by organizing educational programs, community events, and public art projects while promoting opportunities for artists and facilitating collaborations between organizations in the Winona region. We do all this with a dedicated vision to enhance and promote the Winona region as a center of arts and culture.
