🐾 Help Us Give Back for Radar O’Reilly’s New Beginning! 🐾

Once known as Skye Jackson, one of the quiet dogs of the rock quarry near Porter Hill, this sweet soul was just trying to survive. That was until one of our very own Fishy’s Friends Rescue teammates spotted him lingering by a gas station, lost and limping, but full of gentle energy. She couldn’t walk away—and thankfully, she didn’t.

From that moment, he was rescued, renamed Radar O’Reilly, and officially became a Fishy’s Friend. With some treats, a warm bed, and the comfort of love, we quickly saw the cause of his limp: a severely dislocated hip. A vet visit and an x-ray confirmed what we feared—Radar needed surgery.

Then came the best twist in his story: he was adopted!
His new mom saw past the injury and straight into his heart. She gave him the forever home he deserved, knowing he’d need extra care and recovery. And she delivered, with love, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Now, it’s our turn to lend a paw. 🐾
Radar has had his hip surgery and is healing beautifully, but we promised his new mom we would help raise funds to offset the cost of giving this amazing dog the life he’s always deserved.

Let’s come together and show her—and Radar—that rescue doesn’t stop at adoption.
