The Gary Waddell Arts Fund honors former SCUSD Superintendent Dr. Gary Waddell’s retirement and his long-standing commitment to education and the arts. This fund supports students in Santa Clara Unified School District by providing:

Access to summer arts programs for socioeconomically disadvantaged middle and high school students
Priority support for students at Don Callejon Arts and Design School and SCUSD’s alternative high schools
Scholarships for students pursuing arts-related opportunities after high school, including community programs, career training, and college studies
