Raymond Community Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening our community through meaningful programs and events. Each year, the RCA proudly awards scholarships to local high school students, oversees and maintains the facilities at Footman Park, and hosts cherished traditions such as the annual Raymond Parade.
