Restorative Circle Conference Facilitation Course - Fall Training
This 8 week course will introduce participants to all aspects of the facilitation of a restorative circle conference for conflict resolution between two or more parties. A basic NVC training is required as a pre-requisite, and we also offer a course to meet that requirement. During this 8 week facilitation course we will cover the philosophical aspects of restorative work while exploring the entire restorative circle process in real time. Students will have many opportunities to ‘role play’ every section and nuance of the circle process as facilitator and as participant in order to embody and understand the practices more deeply.
This training will be offered by RCPVT trainers and facilitators, Dan DeWalt and Laurie Rabut.
The training will be held on Zoom, Thursday evenings, Oct 16 -Dec 11 with no class on Nov 27.
Suggested course fee of $80 with sliding scale chosen by participants to best meet your personal values and needs.
We invite you to bring your questions, experiences, concerns, and openness into this virtual space. We learn as much from the participants in our courses as you do from us, and every individual shapes the trajectory of this and future training series.
The Zoom link and reading materials/resources will be provided before start of course. We look forward to learning with you!
