Strength Behind the Badge: Supporting Riverside Firefighters & Families

Every call for help begins the same way: a firefighter answering without hesitation. But when the crisis strikes one of our own, it’s the community’s turn to answer the call.

The Riverside City Firefighters Foundation (RCFF) exists to make sure no firefighter—or their family—faces hardship alone. Whether it’s covering unexpected medical travel, providing lodging near a hospital, supporting mental health with care canines, or running youth programs that connect the next generation to fire service, your donation makes it possible.

This National Nonprofit Day, we invite you to join us in honoring the everyday heroes who protect Riverside.

💙 Here’s what your gift can do:

• $25 – Supplies materials for our Junior Firefighter Academy
• $50 – Provides a night of lodging for a family staying near a hospitalized loved one
• $100 – Expands the Tim Strack Care Canine Fund to strengthen peer support
• $250 – Eases the burden of unexpected medical or recovery costs for a firefighter in need
