Help Dancing Earth Continue 20 Years of Movement, Culture, and Impact

In 2024, Dancing Earth Creations celebrated a monumental milestone—20 years of visionary movement that blends cultural storytelling, ecological consciousness, and transformative dance practices. Through dynamic performances, impactful workshops, and intercultural exchanges, we’ve inspired collective healing and amplified the voices of communities across 18 states and 9 countries over these two decades.

As we reflect on the profound impact of 2024 and look ahead to an even brighter future, we need your support to ensure our work continues. Our goal is to raise $15,000 ($5,000 for each project) to sustain the legacy of Dancing Earth and fuel the exciting projects we have planned for 2025.

2024: A Year of Impact and Celebration

This year was truly extraordinary:

✨ We reached 4,990 audience members through 42 performances and inspired participants in 123 classes worldwide.

🌍 Our Summer Institute gathered alumni and international cultural ambassadors for a transformative 20th-anniversary celebration, culminating in a performance ritual that reimagined ancestral and futuristic blood memory in motion.

🤝 We collaborated across the globe—from the Amazon to Greece, Mexico to the Bronx—building bridges between communities and creating art that uplifts BIPOC experiences and reimagines diasporic identity.

🌿 Programs like Eco Artivism and UNBOUND embodied our commitment to ecological care and cultural resilience, inspiring a new generation of leaders and connecting people to the stories of their ancestors (support those programs directly ➡️ Eco Artivism ➡️ UNBOUND).

Looking Ahead to 2025

We are excited to deepen our impact and bring more transformative programs to life in 2025:

💡 Creating New Works: We are developing innovative performance rituals that explore the intersection of culture, ecology, and identity, continuing to amplify diverse perspectives through movement.

🌱 Expanding Reach: Our goal is to reach more communities than ever with classes, workshops, and performances that inspire connection and healing.

🌟 Celebrating Community: We’ll host events that honor the intergenerational, intercultural relationships at the heart of Dancing Earth, nurturing collaboration and shared creativity.
