Hi everyone,
This is the Readathon's 10th year, and it will be my sixth! So I am hoping to raise at least $500 for the Tompkins County Public Library Foundation, which in turn goes towards funding the collections here at TCPL. If you like having great books to select from- on our shelves or through your Libby app, or cool movies to watch (ahem, which I happen to order) then please consider a donation in any size. $5, $10, $20.
I am planning to read from...something. A book I imagine. and I will likely bring along a 4 legged surprise guest. We shall see.

The READATHON is our annual read-out-loud challenge to raise funds for the collection at TCPL!
Help us make our 10th READATHON our best ever!
Every dollar raised helps to buy books and other materials our community so desperately needs. Nearly a million items are used each year—a remarkably high level for a community of our size—and 100% of the funding for annual purchases comes from private support, like that raised by our READATHON participants. Money raised by the Readathon goes toward purchasing books, films, and other materials patrons depend on to remain informed, entertained, and educated.
