Story
The REPROJECT is a $3.5 million initiative to secure the future of Ann’s Heart by purchasing & revitalizing our existing Home in downtown Phoenixville. We have three goals to ensure we can continue providing critical human services to our community in a safe and welcoming environment. By retaining our physical space, restoring our campus, and reimagining our programming we can create a stronger and more inclusive community alongside our non-profit partners.
