Malaria Treatments, until the Vaccine is available

There is a new fairly effective malaria vaccine slowly becoming available in Africa, which in Uganda is only recently available to the youngest children.  Mothers of those children, as well as anyone older than those very young, must still rely on the use of a treated mosquito net while they sleep, and otherwise hope they're not infected during the daytime hours.
