Ride for Mental Health is passionately committed to fostering open and supportive conversations about teen suicide within the snow sports community. We empower athletes, parents, and coaches by providing resources and education to better recognize, manage, and mitigate the struggles and pressures of highly competitive sports. We are dedicated to removing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges, and we aim to remove shame and encourage the sharing of all experiences so that we may learn from each other.

This year’s event is a Vertical Challenge where participants can ski or snowboard to raise money by getting sponsors to pledge for the total vertical feet they can conquer in a single day. You can support a great cause by carving down your favorite local mountain. Not a skier or snowboarder? No problem! You can still support the cause by donating directly to the campaign.
