ITEM: Cruise on the Ohio River

DESCRIPTION: A three-hour cruise on the Ohio River aboard the Rosinante VI, a Bluewater cruiser with Captain. Boat accommodates 25 people comfortably – food and drinks are not included. Boat is located at Four Seasons Marina, 4609 Kellogg Ave. Good thru the 2025 boating season (June thru mid-October*) any Monday thru Thursday, excluding holidays. Reservations are required in advance – subject to availability. (Also see note below.)

Note: Boat cannot accommodate people in wheelchairs, walkers or even cane use because of unstable movement getting aboard, around inside and the steps. Also, cannot accommodate children under 12. Please no high heeled shoes (especially the thin stiletto ones) as they are unstable with the boat movement and cause marks in the deck. Wear sensible flats, gym shoes or boat shoes.

Move Beyond Surviving is dedicated to empowering breast cancer survivors to overcome the emotional, physical, and mental impact resulting from their disease by physically challenging themselves in nature. Engaging in outdoor adventures can profoundly affect a survivor’s ability to live a life in which they thrive.

Experiences will be half day, full day, overnight, and 5 day events. Adventures will include activities such as kayaking, ropes courses, back packing, hiking, and rock climbing.
