Founded on July 1, 2019 upon a solid foundation of shared, lived experiences, having developed from poverty into prosperity.

IMPACT RI is a social enterprise nonprofit organization aimed at helping underserved Rhode Islanders realize financial security and stable housing through education, training, and equal opportunity.

Our goal is to provide guidance to our students on the importance of education, entrepreneurship, and homeownership. We believe that an education in real estate and finance can open doors, opportunities, and be used as an alternative tool for building wealth.

IMPACT RI holds the concerns of marginalized communities with utmost importance. Our top priority is making education, housing security, and pathways to affordable housing accessible. We believe that every Rhode Islander deserves a safe, secure living environment, and stable financial income to sustain it.
