This holiday season, We Are Loved and the Rumson PTO are partnering to make the season brighter for children in foster care. Together, we’re spreading warmth, joy, and a true sense of belonging through our Holiday Box Initiative, and we’d love for you to join us in making a difference!

What are Holiday Boxes?

Our Holiday Boxes are about more than just gifts. They’re about tradition, comfort, and connection.
While many organizations focus on toys, We Are Loved creates a sense of warmth, family, and belonging. Each personalized box reminds a child that they are thought of, valued, and loved during the holiday season.

Every box is thoughtfully filled with:

🎄 New holiday pajamas (matching for siblings!), slipper socks, and a cozy blanket for comfort and warmth
☕ A warm mug, hot chocolate mix, and cookie mix to promote quality time
📚 A book or journal to encourage reflection and a love of reading
🎨 A small craft to spark creativity
💌 For teens: a gift card to brighten their holiday

Each box is personalized with the child’s name, offering a simple but powerful reminder that they are special and never forgotten.

How You Can Help Make a Difference

You can make a difference in three meaningful ways:

1. Sponsor a Child or Sibling Group

Purchase cozy holiday pajamas (matching for siblings!) and slipper socks for a child or sibling group.
We’ll follow up with an email sharing their first name, age, size, and gender so you can shop personally for their items.
