Our Work

Each year, Roads to Success makes a significant impact by serving over 7,000 youth across three boroughs of NYC. Through programs like after-school enrichment, summer jobs and internships, college access initiatives, and our signature Youth Success Summit, we provide the tools necessary for young people to succeed in school, work, and life.

Some highlights of our work include:

Placing over 1,200 local college and public-school students in paid summer jobs and internships.
Facilitating high-quality after-school programming for over 4,000 students from NYC public schools.
Hosting a Youth Success Summit that connects 800+ youth to mentors from top companies like Deloitte, Advantage Capital, CITI Bank, and more.
Providing college access to over 1,000 teens in NYC public middle schools, including mentoring, college access curriculum, and campus tours.
