Thomas Ruff's Story
I have been an engineer working on bicycle, pedestrian, and transit projects for many years in Richmond. Serving with RVA Rapid Transit has given me an opportunity to further advocate for transit in the Richmond metro area and support transportation planning actions that give more people more options.
