At TOTEM, we provide scholarships for underserved youth to attend festivals and engage in community-building. We connect experienced festival-goers with newcomers for mentorship and offer job shadowing in live music production.

Our long-term goal is to bring musicians from disadvantaged countries, like Haiti, to share their culture and foster lasting relationships. Together, we aim to strengthen communities through the power of music.
